Kicking off the Francesca Cernia Slovin Immigrant Arts & Women’s Empowerment Summit will be an outdoor concert at Robert F. Wagner Junior Park titled "We Are All Immigrants," featuring Kimberley Locke, Caridad De La Luz 'La Bruja,' Sita Chay and the all-immigrant world music band Cosmopolis Collective.
